 09/29/02  Stem cell transplant begins - Carboplatin & Theotepa used to lower his counts
 04/03/03  Surgery to remove 3 tumors - Our biggest mistake was to not follow this up immediately with chemo
 04/10/03  Tumor tests positive for androgen receptor and negative for the c-kit receptor
 05/10/03  First Lupron shot
 10 -12/03  Gemcitabine                                 Tumor growth continues
  01/22/04  Targretin                                       Shortness of breath.  Tumors are now in the lungs   
 3/10/04  Targretin and ICE protocol :  Ifosfamide, Carboplatin, Etoposide   - 3 days in the hospital

Jay's Tips

    Peri-Colace seems to work better than Colace for constipation brought on by cancer medications.
